STUDIO POLICIES
LATE CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to class time.
A $15 fee will apply for late cancellations; a $20 fee will apply for no-shows.
All cancellations must be made through your Mindbody account. We are not responsible for cancellations made outside of the system.
MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships must provide a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date. Members may pause their membership once per year for a duration of 1–3 months. To request a pause or cancellation, email info@elevat228.com.
OTHER POLICIES
For the safety and focus of all clients, we have a no cell phone policy inside the studio. Please silence and store your phone before class begins. If you’re expecting an urgent call, let your instructor know ahead of time.
We kindly ask that all clients stay for the full class. Each portion of class is designed with a specific purpose, including the cooldown at the end. Leaving early not only disrupts the flow but also means missing important stretches that help prevent injury. If you know you’ll need to leave early, please let the instructor know before class begins.
